Weight Loss and a Healty Body 10 day Program
The Weight loss program includes a Guide Mindfulness Recording and a Weight Loss Visualization recording, along with 10 'missions' (one for each day) especially designed to help you adopt small healthy eating habits in order to switch your every day patterns from mindless to mindfulness ones. The program is focused on building awareness on our every day actions, comes with viable solutions to help you rewire your brain about food and eating. It is an easy to follow non restrictive program that when respected on medium to long term will change your patterns and therefore your life. You will be part of a community that is dealing with the weight issue and where you can get support and advice on a daily basis, long after the program is finished.
When you purchase the program you can choose to start it every 1 st or 15 th of the month.
The program will be emailed to you every day as well as the recordings and instructions on how to proceed.
